Marketing Assistant - Zoo Camp
During the summer of 2023, I had the privilege of serving as the Development Intern at the Fort Worth Zoo. This invaluable experience afforded me the opportunity to cultivate practical skills in nonprofit management, with a focus on event coordination and donor engagement. Throughout my time in this role, I actively participated in various fundraising endeavors, fostered meaningful relationships with donors, and conducted research on potential sponsorships for departmental events.
In the summers of 2020 and 2021, I served as a photographer for the Fort Worth Zoo Camp. Through this experience, I worked to capture memorable moments during each camp section with a total of over 2,000 participants. I produced high-quality photographs showcasing camp participants' education and recreational experiences while ultimately editing and curating the images for promotional materials and documentation.
